金點設計獎（Golden Pin Design Award）創立於 1981 年，由經濟部產業發展署主辦、台灣設計研究院（TDRI）執行。它是華人市場最具指標性與影響力的專業設計獎項之一，被譽為「設計界的金馬獎」。自 2014 年起，金點設計獎全面走向國際化，吸引全球各地的頂尖設計師、企業與品牌同台角逐，成為進軍亞洲與華人市場的重要設計指標。
金點設計獎自成立以來，象徵的不僅是設計的成果，更代表設計思維的深度與價值。
本次主視覺回到獎項本質—以金點獎標誌為起點，將標誌視為一座可被深入探索的設計宇宙。
Cube 不再只是圖形符號，而是一個蘊含結構、比例、材質與光線的空間。
Established in 1981, the Golden Pin Design Award is hosted by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs and executed by the TDRI. Widely acclaimed as the "Oscars of the design world," it is a highly influential award in the Huaren market. Since going global in 2014, it has attracted top international designers and brands, becoming a crucial design benchmark for entering the Asian market.
Since its establishment, the Golden Pin Design Award has symbolized not only design outcomes but also the depth and value of design thinking. This year's visual concept returns to the essence of the award—using the Golden Pin Award mark as a starting point and viewing it as a design universe worthy of deep exploration. The Cube is no longer merely a graphic symbol, but a space encompassing structure, proportion, materiality, and light.
