    This is your first encounter with our design team. We get to know each other and exchange our perspectives. Two main courses in this phase are:

    Introduction of StudioPros: working process and cases review.
    Understanding of your needs: knowing your products, timetable, and budget.
    If you need design services, please fill out the counseling form. You will receive contact from our project manager within two working days.
    If you have an urgent need, please contact contact@studiopros.work. We would reply as soon as possible.

  • 確認需求後,StudioPros會進行報價與後續項目規劃,並於完成以下內容後,正式成為合作夥伴:
    1.提供報價單:根據初次會議內容,StudioPros 會提出合適的設計報價。
    2.提供時程表 :於客戶同意報價後,我們將會提供完整的專案設計時程,並與客戶一同歸納最終時程規劃。
    3.合約簽署 :在確認報價與時程後,StudioPros 將會提供合約,雙方進行簽署。在合約簽署後,ˋ合作即正式成立。
    4.開立專案專屬工作區:於合約簽署後,我們會立即為專案開啟專屬工作區,後續的時程與執行方式都會詳盡記錄於上。


    After knowing your needs, StudioPros will provide pricing quotes and plan development. A formal collaboration is formed after finishing process listed below:
    1.Offer a quotation: According to the meeting , StudioPros will proposes a suitable quotation.
    2.Offering timetable: We will provide a project timetable after you confirm the quotes. We will create the project management timeline together.
    3.Signing contract: We will provide a contract for both parties after you confirm the quotes and the schedule. Formal collaboration is established after both parties sign the contract.
    4.Opening up workspace: We will open up a project workspace right away to record timeline and execution details after both parties sign the contract.

    3-7 設計思考工作坊:強大的品牌來自於吸收多方的意見與觀點,我們透過設計思考工作坊一同帶領企業內部、外部的使用者,探索品牌核心價值與經驗,藉此共創設計方針。

    Through rigorous and well-rounded research methods, we gain clarity about where the brand stands and potential ways to go. We will choose working approaches listed down below depend on the status and the needs of the project:
    3-1 Brand Survey: Through a series of questions, we help clarify the needs and target audience of a brand. And further explore possibilities in design.
    3-2 Business interview: Through collaboration, we conduct internal interviews and research to gather requirements, gain clarity on the anticipation and goals businesses wish to achieve, and enhance internal communications and cooperation.
    3-3 Quantitative research : Through a thoughtful and objective design approach, we analyze the preferences of target audience, competitive analysis and product’s potential to build a strong branding strategy.
    3-4 Consumer analysis :Through one-on-one interviews, we explore customers’ needs and experiences, and gain insights on brand experience through qualitative analysis.
    3-5 Customer Journey Map: It is a map to visualize product processing and user experiences through graphs or charts. It elaborates every stage to find the opportunities and problems.
    3-6 Persona: We use persona to do in-depth analysis and depiction on target audience to find user preferences and accurately form the branding strategy.
    3-7 Design Thinking Workshop : A strong brand is built on a collection of different ideas and perspectives. Through design thinking workshops, we lead the business and the consumers to clarify the core value and explore brand experience, further co-create design strategies.
